Nous sommes leader du marché suisse dans le domaine de la « gestion du trafic » et assurons depuis plus de 30 ans une grande sécurité routière sur les routes nationales suisses grâce à nos systèmes de contrôle supérieurs - notamment dans les tunnels : la police, l'entretien et le centre de gestion du trafic font entièrement confiance à notre solution.

Pour compléter notre équipe expérimentée et motivée, nous recherchons dès maintenant ou selon accord à notre siège principal à Urdorf près de Zurich un(e) Senior ICT System / Infrastructure Engineer (h/f/d) dynamique, autonome et motivé(e).

Description du poste ##

  • Responsabilité de la stabilité et de la maintenance de notre propre infrastructure sur site ainsi que des environnements serveurs clients
  • Support technique de niveau 2/3 avec un focus sur les serveurs, réseaux et services (pas un support utilisateur classique ; gestion des utilisateurs principalement lors des entrées/sorties)
  • Résolution de demandes complexes en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe
  • Participation active aux projets informatiques et à l'optimisation des processus
  • Installation, configuration et maintenance du matériel et des logiciels
  • Disponibilité de garde 24/7 en système rotatif (environ 1 semaine par mois, entièrement rémunérée)

Qualifications ##

  • Expérience professionnelle solide et de plusieurs années dans un rôle comparable (niveau senior)
  • Formation en informatique ou études avec certifications pertinentes
  • Expérience en administration Microsoft/Linux et MS Azure
  • Maîtrise des outils Atlassian (Jira, Confluence, JSM)
  • Compétences en scripting : Bash, Python, PowerShell
  • Connaissances en VMware, KVM, Zabbix et Veeam
  • Familiarité avec AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO et techniques réseau (VLAN, VPN, pare-feu)
  • Autonome, esprit d'équipe, communicatif
  • Maîtrise courante de l'allemand et de l'anglais

Atouts :

  • Connaissances de base en SQL/PostgreSQL
  • Idéalement, vous possédez déjà des compétences en gestion organisationnelle
  • Français
