Für unseren Kunden suchen wir eine Persönlichkeit, die technische Zusammenhänge versteht und IT-Umgebungen sicherer machen möchte. Du arbeitest an der Schnittstelle zwischen Infrastruktur, Angriffserkennung und Kundenberatung. Dabei untersuchst du Auffälligkeiten, setzt Verbesserungen direkt um und bringst deine Erkenntnisse in neue Projekte ein. Ihre Aufgabe ##

  • Du überprüfst Kundenumgebungen auf Sicherheitsrisiken und erarbeitest konkrete Verbesserungen für Systeme, Zugriffe und Konfigurationen
  • Du realisierst Infrastrukturprojekte mit Sicherheitsfokus und begleitest deren Einführung, Tests und Dokumentation
  • Du wertest sicherheitsrelevante Ereignisse aus, grenzt Ursachen ein und unterstützt bei der Wiederherstellung eines sicheren Betriebs
  • Du stellst die zuverlässige Funktion einer Security-Plattform sicher und klärst Probleme bei Datenlieferung und Auswertung
  • Du entwickelst Untersuchungsabläufe weiter, reduzierst Fehlalarme und automatisierst wiederkehrende Arbeitsschritte
  • Du stimmst Massnahmen mit Kunden und internen Spezialisten ab und vermittelst technische Ergebnisse verständlich

Ihr Profil ##

  • Technischer Ausbildungshintergrund und Berufspraxis in der Betreuung von IT-Infrastrukturen oder Sicherheitslösungen
  • Vertrautheit mit Microsoft-Umgebungen, insbesondere Windows, Microsoft 365 sowie Active Directory und Entra ID
  • Praktische Berührungspunkte mit Sicherheitsmassnahmen, beispielsweise Geräteschutz, Systemhärtung oder der Absicherung von Benutzerzugriffen
  • Interesse an der Analyse von Angriffen und der Weiterentwicklung von Schutzmechanismen
  • Erfahrung mit Defender XDR oder Sentinel ist hilfreich; PowerShell und KQL sind zusätzliche Pluspunkte
  • Analytisches Denken, sorgfältiger Umgang mit Kundensystemen und eine verlässliche Arbeitsweise
  • Freude an Zusammenarbeit und Beratung sowie Bereitschaft, dich in neue Themen einzuarbeiten
