Aufgaben

  • Du konzipierst, implementierst und betreibst moderne Windows\-basierte Plattformen und entwickelst sie aktiv weiter (Fokus der Stelle auf Engineering, mit aktiver Mitarbeit im Betrieb)
  • Du stellst zusammen mit dem Team den stabilen und sicheren Betrieb über den gesamten Lifecycle sicher (Run/Operate \& Improve): Monitoring/Alerting, Incident\-/Problem\-Management, Patch\-/Release\-Management, Capacity/Performance sowie Verfügbarkeit
  • Du treibst Standardisierung, Automatisierung und Härtung (Security) der Systemumgebungen voran (z. B. via IaC/Skripting)
  • Du übernimmst Engineering\-Verantwortung für Lifecycle\-Themen: Design, Build, Patch\-/Release\-Management, Capacity, Performance sowie Verfügbarkeit
  • Du analysierst Störungen nachhaltig, führst Root\-Cause\-Analysen durch und etablierst dauerhafte Verbesserungen (Problem Management)
  • Du arbeitest in unternehmensweiten Projekten als technischer Lead oder Spezialist mit und bringst dein Know\-how ein
  • Du berätst Applikationsverantwortliche und interne Teams zu Infrastruktur, Architektur, Security und Betriebsmodellen
  • Du pflegst System\-, Architektur\- und Betriebsdokumentationen, Standards und Runbooks und sorgst für deren Verfügbarkeit
  • Du übernimmst nach der Einarbeitung Pikett\-Dienste im definierten Turnus und stellst die Betriebssicherheit auch ausserhalb der Bürozeiten sicher
  • Geplante Wartungsfenster und Changes finden regelmässig ausserhalb der Bürozeiten sowie an Wochenenden statt (je nach Bedarf)

Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossene Informatikausbildung (EFZ/HF/FH) oder vergleichbare, mehrjährige Praxiserfahrung als Windows System Engineer
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Microsoft\-Ökosystem, z. B. Microsoft 365, Azure, Windows Server \& Clients, MS SQL (betriebsnah), Active Directory/Entra ID, Exchange (Online/Hybrid), Teams/VoIP
  • Erfahrung mit Virtualisierungstechnologien, idealerweise VMware (vSphere/ESXi/vCenter)
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Netzwerktechnologien und Security\-Grundlagen (LAN/WLAN, Cisco, 802\.1x, Härtung, Identity\- \& Access\-Konzepte)
  • Erfahrung mit Backup/Restore und Storage (z. B. Veeam) sowie Monitoring/Logging
  • Starke Skills in Automatisierung \& Skripting (PowerShell; idealerweise Git\-gestützte Arbeitsweise, CI/CD\-nahe Methoden von Vorteil)
  • Von Vorteil bist du vertraut mit Ansible und Quellcodeverwaltung mit Git
  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise, hohe Serviceorientierung und gute Kommunikation; Anwenderkenntnisse in der Atlassian Cloud Suite
  • Sehr gutes Deutsch; ösisch\- und/oder Italienischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
