Für unser Team Permanent Placement suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit mit Freude an Beratung, Kundenbetreuung und Recruiting.

Aufgaben

  • Du betreust und berätst Unternehmen bei der Besetzung von Festanstellungen.
  • Du baust langfristige und vertrauensvolle Kundenbeziehungen auf und entwickelst diese weiter.
  • Du begleitest Kandidatinnen und Kandidaten durch den gesamten Bewerbungsprozess.
  • Du führst Interviews und beurteilst fachliche sowie persönliche Kompetenzen.
  • Du identifizierst passende Talente über verschiedene Recruiting-Kanäle und baust dein Netzwerk kontinuierlich aus.
  • Du erstellst aussagekräftige Kandidatenprofile und stellst diese den Kunden vor.
  • Du koordinierst Interviews, holst Feedback ein und begleitest den Prozess bis zur erfolgreichen Stellenbesetzung.
  • Du beobachtest den Arbeitsmarkt und erkennst Personalbedürfnisse frühzeitig.

Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Psychologie oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich
  • Erfahrung in der Kundenberatung, im Recruiting, HR oder einer anderen dienstleistungsorientierten Funktion
  • Professionelles Auftreten sowie hohe Kommunikations- und Beratungskompetenz
  • Empathie, Verbindlichkeit und ein Gespür für unterschiedliche Bedürfnisse
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil
  • Affinität zu digitalen Tools und modernen Arbeitsmethoden
