Das HR MGB stellt ein zeitgemässes, modernes Personalmanagement sicher und steht den Führungskräften und Mitarbeitenden in allen Personalfragen kompetent und aktiv zur Seite. Für das Recruiting Team suchen wir per sofort bis Ende 2027, mit Option auf Verlängerung, zusätzliche Unterstützung in der Rekrutierung.

Was du bewegst

  • Sicherstellung einer professionellen Rekrutierung und einer positiven Candidate Experience
  • Betreuung des gesamten Rekrutierungsprozesses von der Erstellung der Stellenausschreibung über die Vorselektion und Gesprächsführung bis zum Vertragsabschluss
  • Beratung der Führungskräfte zum Anforderungsprofil, zum Sourcing\-Vorgehen sowie zur Auswahl geeigneter Kandidatinnen und Kandidaten
  • Erste Ansprechperson für Bewerbende, Führungskräfte sowie HR Business Partner während des gesamten Rekrutierungsprozesses
  • Führen von anspruchsvollen Bewerbungsgesprächen und Videointerviews sowie Einsetzen geeigneter diagnostischer Instrumente

Was du mitbringst

  • Bildung: Abgeschlossenes Studium (Uni/ETH, FH, HF)
  • Fachrichtung: in Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder Psychologie oder entsprechende Weiterbildung im Bereich HR
  • Berufserfahrung: Fundierte Erfahrung in der Inhouse\-Rekrutierung oder Talent Acquisition
  • Fähigkeit, mehrere Rekrutierungen gleichzeitig selbständig, strukturiert und effizient zu steuern
  • Sehr gutes Stakeholder\-Management und ausgeprägte Beratungskompetenz im Umgang mit Führungskräften auf unterschiedlichen Hierarchiestufen
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations\- und Beziehungskompetenz sowie ein sicheres Auftreten
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe, hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung und Flexibilität
  • Erfahrung mit SuccessFactors Recruiting von Vorteil
  • Deutsch (B2\)
  • ösisch (ADVANTAGEOUS)
