Hapimag ist ein europäisches Ferienunternehmen mit rund 1'800 Mitarbeitenden, 56 Resorts und Aktivitäten in 16 Ländern. Vom Hauptsitz in Steinhausen (ZG), arbeiten die zentralen Funktionen eng mit den Resorts und lokalen Teams in ganz Europa zusammen.

Diese verbindet strategische Stärke mit Umsetzungsorientierung, einem ausgeprägten Gespür für die Organisation und ihre Stakeholder sowie der Fähigkeit, aus Konzepten Lösungen mit nachhaltiger Wirkung zu machen.

Deine und Verantwortung

In dieser Schlüsselposition prägst und entwickelst du die gruppenweite Talent\-\&\-Development\-Agenda mit Blick auf die strategischen Anforderungen der Organisation kontinuierlich weiter und sorgst für deren wirksame Umsetzung.

  • Verantwortung und Weiterentwicklung der gruppenweiten Ansätze in Performance Management, Talent Management, Succession, Leadership Development, Learning und Employee Engagement
  • Gestaltung eines klaren und praxisnahen Performance\- und Development\-Prozesses für HQ und Resorts
  • Etablierung und Weiterentwicklung eines strukturierten Talent\- und Succession\-Ansatzes für Schlüsselpositionen und Führungskräfte
  • Gemeinsam mit den Führungskräften ermittelst Du den Entwicklungsbedarf und entwickelst passende Lernangebote
  • Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung von Leadership\-Development\-Initiativen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Führungskräften und Operations
  • Weiterentwicklung der Learning\-Landschaft und Lernplattform mit Fokus auf Zielgruppen, Verantwortlichkeiten und User Experience
  • Führung und Entwicklung des Teams
  • Direkte Zusammenarbeit mit der Verantwortlichen People \& Culture, dem Leadership Team und den lokalen Verantwortlichen in den Resorts

Deine Expertise \& Erfahrung

  • Mehrjährige relevante Erfahrung in Talent Management, Performance Management, Learning \& Development und/oder Organisational Development, idealerweise in einem internationalen Unternehmen
  • Erfahrung in der erfolgreichen Implementierung und Verankerung von HR\- und Talent\-Prozessen
  • Umfassende Kenntnisse moderner Talent\-, Performance\- und Learning\-Ansätze sowie Erfahrung mit LMS
  • Ausgeprägte Kompetenz im Stakeholder\-Management und die Fähigkeit, Perspektiven zusammenzuführen und Entscheidungen voranzutreiben
  • Führungserfahrung sowie Freude an Teamentwicklung, Delegation und operativer Mitarbeit
  • Sicherer Umgang mit komplexen Fragestellungen sowie ausgeprägte Lösungs\- und Priorisierungskompetenz
  • Erfahrung in einem dezentralen oder operativen Multi\-Site\-Umfeld, idealerweise in Hospitality, Retail oder Services
  • Hochschulabschluss in HR, Psychologie, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem vergleichbaren Fachgebiet
  • Deutsch und Englisch auf sehr gutem Niveau; weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
