Freue dich auf spannende Aufgaben

  • Du baust ein Business\-Engineering\-Team mit zwei bis drei Mitarbeitenden auf und führst es fachlich sowie personell. Eine zentrale Aufgabe stellt zudem die Verankerung des Business\-Engineering im Unternehmen dar
  • Du analysierst, dokumentierst und harmonisierst gruppenweite End\-to\-End\-Prozesse gemeinsam mit Business und IT
  • Du übersetzt Geschäftsanforderungen in umsetzbare Requirements
  • Du verwaltest Backlog, Roadmap sowie das Projekt\- und Change\-Portfolio und setzt klare Prioritäten
  • Du etablierst die gruppenweite Process Governance, entwickelst Methoden und Standards weiter und klärst Verantwortlichkeiten.
  • Du leitest Workshops, Fachzirkel und Fit\-Gap\-Analysen und führst unterschiedliche Interessen zu tragfähigen Entscheidungen zusammen
  • Du verantwortest und begleitest ausgewählte Vorhaben rund um ERP, Integrationen und Workflow\-Automatisierung
  • Du sorgst mit verständlicher Prozessdokumentation und praxisnahen Schulungen dafür, dass neue Lösungen nachhaltig verankert werden

Damit machst du uns noch besser

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium auf Stufe FH oder Universität, vorzugsweise in Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Betriebswirtschaft, idealerweise ergänzt durch Business Engineering
  • Mindestens fünf Jahre Erfahrung im Business Engineering, in der Business Analyse oder im Prozessmanagement
  • Fundierte Praxis mit ERP\- und ERP\-nahen Systemen; Kenntnisse in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance \& Operations sind ein Plus
  • Know\-how in der Modellierung von Prozessen in Einkauf, Verkauf, Logistik und Finanzen
  • Erfahrung in der Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Business und IT sowie Erfahrung mit mehreren Gesellschaften oder Standorten
  • Erfahrung mit agilen und klassischen Projektmethoden, Backlog\-Management, IT\-Governance sowie Change\- und Release\-Management
  • Führungsstarker Macher\-Typ mit unternehmerischem Denken, klarer Kommunikation und Freude an nachhaltiger Veränderung
