Team Lead Partner Success (m/w/d) 100% ======================================

Was du bei uns bewegst

  • Du führst und coachst unser Partner Success Team mit heute rund drei Mitarbeitenden, förderst deren individuelle Weiterentwicklung und unterstützt bei komplexen Anfragen sowie im Beschwerdemanagement.
  • Dein Alltag besteht aus einem vielseitigen Mix: Du verantwortest den Aufbau und die operative Leitung von Partner Success und bist gleichzeitig selbst aktiv in der Partnerbetreuung tätig.
  • Du entwickelst die gesamte Partner Journey – vom Onboarding über Engagement, Growth und Loyalty bis zum Offboarding. Für jede Phase definierst du konkrete Aktionen und setzt diese mit deinem Team um – immer mit dem Fokus, unsere Treuhand\-Partner zu befähigen und ihre erfolgreiche Zusammenarbeit mit bexio zu fördern.
  • Du schaffst das Fundament für eine wirkungsvolle Partnerbetreuung: Du etablierst klare Prozesse, Aufgaben, Rollen und Verantwortlichkeiten und stellst deren Umsetzung im Daily Business sicher.
  • Gemeinsam mit deinem Team konzipierst du Schulungsformate mit, führst diese durch und verkaufst passende Schulungsangebote, die das Produktwissen und die Anwendungskompetenz unserer Treuhand\-Partner stärken.
  • Die Überwachung der Partneraktivität und relevanter KPIs gehört ebenso zu deinen Aufgaben wie das Ableiten und Umsetzen konkreter Massnahmen zur Stärkung der Partnerbefähigung und \-bindung.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit dem Verkauf zusammen und stellst abgestimmte Abläufe zwischen Partnergewinnung und Partnerbetreuung sicher. Dabei bindest du Marketing, Support und Produktmanagement gezielt ein.

Dein Rucksack für diese Stelle

  • Du bringst mindestens drei Jahre Führungserfahrung mit. Erfahrung im SaaS\- oder FinTech\-Umfeld ist ein grosses Plus.
  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Aus\- oder Weiterbildung in Betriebswirtschaft oder Führung mindestens auf Stufe HF.
  • Du hast fundierte Erfahrung im Customer Success, Verkauf oder Account Management und im Aufbau von Teams (z.B. Verantwortlichkeiten und, Prozesse, etc.).
  • Du überzeugst durch konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten und strategisches Denken und setzt Ideen konsequent in die Praxis um.
  • Du präsentierst überzeugend und kannst Schulungsangebote mitkonzipieren, durchführen und verkaufen.
  • Du steuerst Ziele und Verbesserungen anhand von KPIs und arbeitest eng mit anderen Fachbereichen zusammen.
  • Du kommunizierst verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch und Englisch; ösisch und/oder Italienisch sind von Vorteil.
