Certifiée ISO 9001, ISO 14001, EN 9100 et IATF 16949, elle compte plus de 500 collaborateurs et est active dans les domaines industriels, aéronautiques, automobiles, médicaux et informatiques.

PRECI-DIP SA développe et construit ses propres moyens de production (machines de décolletage, reprise, assemblage et marquage).

Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités, nous recherchons pour l'un de nos secteurs d'Assemblage, plusieurs :

Team Leaders

Votre mission

Rattaché à nos départements de production Assemblage SLC et Militaire/Aéronautique, vous animez et accompagnez votre équipe afin de garantir son engagement, sa progression et sa polyvalence. Vous organisez et ordonnancez les activités de l'atelier, répartissez les tâches et adaptez les effectifs selon les besoins. Vous suivez les indicateurs de performance, anticipez les difficultés quotidiennes et mettez en œuvre les actions correctives nécessaires. Vous veillez également à l'approvisionnement et à la gestion des stocks, au respect des standards de qualité, de sécurité et du 5S, tout en apportant un soutien technique à vos collaborateurs. Enfin, vous participez activement à l'amélioration continue du département et collaborez étroitement avec les autres team leaders ainsi qu'avec les services concernés.

Votre profil

Titulaire d'un CFC dans un domaine technique ou industriel, ou au bénéfice d'une formation jugée équivalente, vous disposez idéalement d'une première expérience dans un environnement de production. Une formation de Technicien ES constitue un atout, mais n'est pas indispensable. Vous possédez également une expérience en management d'équipe. Reconnu pour votre leadership et votre pédagogie, vous savez accompagner et faire grandir vos collaborateurs. Vous faites preuve de rigueur, d'organisation et de réactivité, et vous savez analyser les situations et prendre les décisions appropriées. Vous maîtrisez également les outils informatiques usuels. Votre sens de l'amélioration continue et votre capacité à proposer des solutions concrètes seront des atouts essentiels pour réussir dans ce poste. Flexible, vous êtes disposé à travailler en horaire 2x8.
