Are you looking for a varied role with leadership responsibilities in the cleaning/housekeeping sector?

We offer a position from 1 December 2026 or by arrangement at our Wittigkofen site with around 88 beds as

Your role

  • Leadership and further development of the cleaning & housekeeping team with 12 employees (including 1 apprentice)
  • Responsible for compliance with hygiene, quality, and safety regulations
  • Planning and implementation of cleaning, laundry supply, and internal transport tasks
  • Collaboration with other departments
  • Practical work as needed
  • Optimisation of cleaning processes
  • Recruitment of new employees including training and induction
  • Participation in projects and events

Our requirements

  • Interest in working in a long-term care institution
  • Department management in Facility Management HF, department management in hotel housekeeping EFA, or equivalent
  • Professional and leadership experience in a similar role
  • Good PC user skills (MS Office, PEP deployment planning, soobr cleaning tool)
  • Planning and coordination talent
  • Independent, flexible, and team-oriented personality with a strong service orientation, high quality awareness, and understanding of operational contexts
