Siamo specializzati nella produzione di utensili ad alte prestazioni di piccole e medie dimensioni per la lavorazione dei materiali più difficili come gli acciai inossidabili, le leghe resistenti al calore e titanio. In uno dei più moderni centri tecnologici per la microlavorazione vengono inoltre sviluppati processi di lavorazione anche nell'ambito dei progetti clienti.

Per la nostra sede di Agno, Ticino, stiamo cercando un responsabile dell-area logistica con spirito di leadership e desiderio di assumere un ruolo gestionale nello sviluppo futuro della nostra organizzazione.

Mansioni principali

  • Gestione, coaching, sviluppo dei collaboratori, guidare e far crescere il proprio gruppo
  • Utilizzo di sistemi automatici di stoccaggio verticali tipo Kardex e nella relativa ottimizzazione degli spazi
  • Utilizzo marcatura laser e robot dedicati al trattamento degli utensili
  • Utilizzo di sistemi ERP e software di gestione magazzino per la movimentazione e la tracciabilità dei materiali.
  • Conoscenza delle procedure di identificazione, codifica e rintracciabilità degli utensili e dei semilavorati.
  • Coordinare e sviluppare il personale, garantendo il rispetto delle procedure e degli standard aziendali.
  • Conoscenza delle normative di sicurezza sul lavoro e delle corrette modalità di movimentazione dei materiali.
  • Precisione, affidabilità e forte orientamento all'ordine e alla qualità, indispensabili per la gestione di prodotti ad alto valore aggiunto.
  • Capacità di collaborare efficacemente con produzione, pianificazione, acquisti e spedizioni per garantire la continuità del flusso logistico.

  • Precisione e attenzione ai dettagli nella gestione di materiali e dati.
  • Capacità di lavorare sotto pressione mantenendo qualità e rispetto delle scadenze.
  • Attitudine alla risoluzione dei problemi e alla gestione efficace degli imprevisti.
  • Ottime capacità comunicative e di collaborazione con i reparti interni.
  • Orientamento al miglioramento continuo e all'ottimizzazione dei processi.
  • Capacità decisionale e assunzione di iniziativa nel proprio ambito di responsabilità.
  • Flessibilità e capacità di adattarsi rapidamente a cambiamenti organizzativi e produttivi.
  • Conoscenza dell-italiano e buona conoscenza dell-inglese obbligatorie; la conoscenza del tedesco costituisce titolo preferenziale.
  • Disponibilità a trasferte tra le sedi di Agno e Rottweil (DE).
  • Flessibilità oraria e disponibilità ad adattare la propria presenza in funzione delle esigenze operative e produttive.
  • Residenza in Canton Ticino
