Unser Ziel ist es, unsere Kunden bei der Optimierung und Digitalisierung ihrer Geschäftsprozesse zu unterstützen, damit sie ihr Unternehmen sowie ihre Bauprojekte sicher steuern können.

Für unseren Standort in Hünenberg suchen wir eine Führungspersönlichkeit als Team Leader Professional Services (a), die unser Professional Services Team mit Leidenschaft für Softwarelösungen führt, weiterentwickelt und unsere Kunden effizienter und glücklicher macht.

DEIN PROFIL:

  • Technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung bzw. Studium mit hoher IT\-Affinität und BWL\-Verständnis
  • Langjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Führungsposition
  • Teamorientierter Führungsstil mit gleichzeitiger Entscheidungs\- und Durchsetzungskompetenz
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Managementmethoden (Präsentation, Entscheidungsfindung, Konfliktmanagement)
  • Ausgeprägte Verhandlungskompetenz sowie hohe Service\- und Kundenorientierung
  • Sehr gutes Know\-how im Projektmanagement
  • Lösungsorientierter Ansatz und ausgeprägte Stressresistenz
  • ösischkenntnisse von Vorteil

DEINE AUFGABEN: * Führung, Förderung und Entwicklung des Professional Services Teams * Verantwortlich für die Erreichung der KPI innerhalb der Abteilung * Erstellung regelmässiger Forecasts sowie Kontrolle der Produktivität * Planung und Steuerung des Teams sowie der laufenden Aufträge und Projekte * Selbstständige Durchführung von ERP\-, Mobile\- und DMS\-Implementierungs\- und Erweiterungsprojekten * Verantwortlich für die Qualität, Kosten und Termine sowie Deeskalation bei kritischen Projekten * Beratung unserer Kunden zur Optimierung ihrer Geschäftsprozesse * Aktiver Verkauf von PS\-Leistungen und Ausbau der Kundenbeziehungen zu langfristigen Partnerschaften * Aktiver Austausch mit der Entwicklungsabteilung zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Software * Regelmässiger Kundenkontakt zur Sicherstellung der Kundennähe
