Werde Teamassistent/\-in Projekte \& Administration in unserem Team in Bern (50 \- 60 %)

  • Weil ohne dich schlicht nichts läuft: Du hältst dem Team den Rücken frei – von der Korrespondenz über den Empfang bis hin zu Post und Bestellungen
  • Weil du Projektleitende im Tagesgeschäft entlastest und dabei Projekterfassung, Offertwesen und Rechnungsstellung souverän im Griff hast
  • Weil du neue Kolleginnen und Kollegen vom ersten Tag an begleitest – du koordinierst Onboarding und Offboarding mit Sorgfalt und Weitblick
  • Weil du die monatliche Stunden\- und Spesenkontrolle im Blick behältst – keine Zahl schlüpft durch die Maschen
  • Weil du Debitoren und Kreditoren sorgfältig verwaltest und dabei jederzeit den Überblick behältst
  • Weil du unsere Daten in CRM\- und ERP\-Systemen (Vertec, Abacus) nicht nur pflegst, sondern aktiv weiterentwickelst
  • Weil du es liebst, in standortübergreifenden Teams zu arbeiten
  • Weil du bestehende Prozesse nicht nur anwendest, sondern weiterentwickelst und KI nicht nur zwei Buchstaben aus dem Alphabet sind

Was du mitbringst?

  • Kauffrau/ EFZ oder vergleichbare Ausbildung sowie Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Assitenz\- oder Sachbearbeitungsfunktion, idealerweise in einem Planungs\- oder Ingenieurbüro
  • Sehr gutes Deutsch (C1 oder Muttersprache), ösischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Sharepoint, Word, Excel); ERP\-Erfahrung
  • Proaktive und prozessorientierte Denkweise
  • Hohe Belastbarkeit sowie selbstständige, exakte Arbeitsweise
  • Kaufmännisches Verständnis für das Projektgeschäft: Kostendeckung, Akontozahlungen, Rückbehalte und Überfakturierung sind dir vertraut und du behältst die Zahlen proaktiv im Blick
