Das kannst du bewirken.

- Zusammen mit deiner Stellvertretung bist du für die fachliche und personelle Führung von ca. 30 Mitarbeitenden verantwortlich.

- Als starkes Führungsduo arbeitet ihr Hand in Hand, fördert die Teamentwicklung und pflegt die Kommunikation.

- Du erstellst die Personaleinsatzplanung und bist zuständig für die Sendungsaufbereitung (Arbeitszeiten Montag bis Freitag zwischen 16:00 und 01:15 Uhr und ca. 2x im Monat am Sonntag zwischen 17:00 und 22:00 Uhr).

- Neue Mitarbeitende integrierst du ins Team und unterstützt sie in der Einführungsphase.

- Um deiner Vorbildfunktion gerecht zu werden packst du im Tagesgeschäft tatkräftig mit an.

Das bringst du mit.

- Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Grundausbildung EFZ vorzugsweise in der Logistik.

- Die Rolle als Vorbild und Coach bereitet dir Freude und du übernimmst gerne Führungsaufgaben. Zudem bist du bereit, dich im Bereich Führung weiterzubilden und das Gelernte in der Praxis einzubringen.

- Du bist ein Organisationstalent und siehst Veränderungen als Chance.

- Du kommunizierst präzise und pflegst einen fairen, wertschätzenden Umgang im Team.

- Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Deutschkenntnisse sowie ein sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office runden dein Profil ab.

Mit dir wird Flexibilität zum Alltag. Wir fördern eine fortschrittliche Teamarbeit und legen Wert auf ein ausgewogenes Arbeitsleben. Diese Stelle kann auch von zwei Personen in «Co-Leitung» übernommen werden. Ihr könnt euch direkt als Duo bewerben oder wir unterstützen dich bei der Suche nach einer passenden Person.
