Wir suchen engagierte Teamleader für unsere Bereiche Packing, Picking, Skypod, Receiving und Pick \& Pack. In dieser bist du mittendrin statt nur dabei. Du führst dein Team mit und Verstand, packst im Alltag selbst mit an und gestaltest aktiv mit, wie wir unsere Logistik täglich ein bisschen besser machen.

Teamleader Logistics (w/m/d) ============================

Deine Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für den reibungslosen Ablauf im Tagesgeschäft und packst dabei selber mit an
  • Fachliche und personelle Führung eines Teams von rund 10–20 Mitarbeitenden inklusive Verantwortung für deren Arbeitssicherheit und Gesundheitsschutz
  • Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung des Teams sowie eigenständige Durchführung von Mitarbeitenden\-, Gesundheits\- und Jahresgesprächen
  • Aktive Mitarbeit an Projekten und Einbringen von Team\- sowie Logistik\-Know\-how in die kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Arbeitsprozesse

Deine Fähigkeiten

  • Solides Fachwissen in der Logistik – durch Praxiserfahrung, eine spezifische Ausbildung (z. B. Logistikfachmann/\-frau) oder eine Weiterbildung im Bereich Leadership
  • Erste bis mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in der Logistik oder Produktion
  • Sehr gute IT\-Skills in MS Office sowie Erfahrung mit Lagerverwaltungssystemen
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Mobilität für unseren Zwei\-Schichtbetrieb (Mo–Fr 05:00–23:00 / Sa 05:00–18:00 ) im wöchentlichen Wechsel
  • Den Mut zeigen, Risiken einzugehen und Überzeugungen unter Unsicherheit zu handeln
  • Handlungen und Entscheidungen mit deinen persönlichen Überzeugungen und Werten in Einklang bringen
