Ihre Aufgabe ##

  • Personelle und fachliche Führung eines Teams sowie gezielte Förderung und Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden und ihrer Kompetenzen
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Betriebsablaufs durch eine vorausschauende Kapazitäts-, Termin- und Einsatzplanung
  • Aktive Weiterentwicklung der Elektrofertigung durch Optimierung von Organisationsstrukturen und Produktionsprozessen
  • Einführung und Weiterentwicklung moderner, digital unterstützter Fertigungskonzepte zur Steigerung der Effizienz

Ihr Profil ##

  • Abgeschlossene Grundausbildung als Elektroniker EFZ, Automatiker EFZ, Automatikmonteur EFZ, Elektroinstallateur EFZ oder eine vergleichbare elektrotechnische Ausbildung mit entsprechender technischer Weiterbildung auf Stufe HF / FH oder einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung in einem industriellen Produktions- oder Montageumfeld sowie entsprechende Führungserfahrung
  • Erfahrung in der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Produktionsprozessen, Organisationsstrukturen und Fertigungsabläufen
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und digitalen Anwendungen im industriellen Produktionsumfeld
  • Ausgeprägte Führungs- und Umsetzungskompetenz sowie eine klare und verbindliche Kommunikation
  • Unternehmerisches und lösungsorientiertes Denken sowie eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Fliessende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
