Im Bereich Firmenkundensupport unserer Kundin, einem renommierten Bankinstitut in Basel, laufen sämtliche Fäden des Firmenkundengeschäfts zusammen. Um auch in Zukunft eine professionelle Bearbeitung und einen reibungslosen Abwicklung der Kreditwünsche der Kunden garantieren zu können, suchen wir eine/n engagierte/n und leistungsfähige/n

Teamleiter Firmenkundensupport (m/w/d) 80\-100%

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Verantwortung für die reibungslose administrative Bearbeitung und Abwicklung von Kreditgeschäften, zusammen mit einem kleineren Team, welches Sie fachlich und personell führen
  • Selbständige Erstellung von Kreditanträgen für Firmen\-, Kommerz\- und Immobilienkunden in Zusammenarbeit mit den Kundenberatern
  • Analyse und Bewertung von Kundenunterlagen (Jahresabschlüsse, Businesspläne, Liegenschaftsunterlagen etc.)
  • Aufbereitung und Analyse von Liegenschaftsschätzungen, selbständig als auch in Zusammenarbeit mit den internen Immobilienspezialisten
  • Erstellen von Kredit\- und Sicherheitsverträgen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stellen wie Credit Office, Credit Services, Immobilienfachstelle und weiteren
  • Situative Begleitung der Kundenberater bei Kundenbesuchen
  • Mitarbeit in Projekten und bei Prozessoptimierungen, Digitalisierung und Automatisierung von Kreditprozessen

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische (Bank)Lehre mit einer betriebswirtschaftlichen Weiterbildung (FH, HF oder höhere Fachprüfung) oder einem Hochschulstudium (Uni)
  • Fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbranche im Bereich Firmen\- und/oder Kommerzkundengeschäft
  • Muttersprache Deutsch (stilsicher in Wort und Schrift), gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Gute MS\-Office\-Anwenderkenntnisse
  • Gutes IT\-Verständnis
  • Sie habe ein Verständnis und Interesse für KI und besitzen erste Erfahrungen damit
  • Motivierte, initiative, belastbare und teamfähige Macher\-Persönlichkeit
  • Sehr gute Planungs\- und Organisationsfähigkeit
  • Starke Kundenorientierung, ausgeprägte Kontakt\- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten
  • Kunden\- und dienstleistungsorientiertes Denken und Handeln
  • Bereitschaft für neue Herausforderungen
  • Führungskompetenz oder Potenzial, um in eine Führungsrolle hinein zu wachsen
  • Verantwortungsvolle, problemlösungsorientierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
