Einleitung

Für unseren Kunden, ein etabliertes Unternehmen im Bereich Bau- und Projektmanagement, suchen wir eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit als Teamleiter:in Baumanagement. In dieser Funktion übernimmst du die Verantwortung für anspruchsvolle Hochbauprojekte und führst ein eingespieltes Team in der Realisierungsphase. Dich erwartet ein langfristiges Projektumfeld mit viel Eigenverantwortung, kurzen Entscheidungswegen und guten Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten.

Aufgaben

  • Leitung von komplexen Bauprojekten in der Ausführung und zentrale Ansprechperson für Auftraggeber und Projektpartner
  • Steuerung von Kosten, Terminen und Qualität sowie wirtschaftliche Umsetzung innerhalb der Projektvorgaben
  • Führung, Unterstützung und Weiterentwicklung von Mitarbeitenden im Projektalltag
  • Pflege von bestehenden Kontakten sowie Aufbau neuer Beziehungen im Marktumfeld
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen und Koordination aller wichtigen Schnittstellen

Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Weiterbildung im Bereich Baumanagement, Architektur, Bauingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Baumanagement sowie in der Leitung von Bauprojekten und Projektteams
  • Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen Normen und Regelwerken im Schweizer Bauumfeld
  • Unternehmerische, selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und souveränes Auftreten auf Augenhöhe
