Das sind deine Aufgaben

Führen und koordinieren: Du führst gemeinsam mit den Teamleitern rund 50 Mitarbeitende und sicherst den reibungslosen Lagerbetrieb. Unterstützen und vertreten: Du unterstützt den Abteilungsleiter und übernimmst bei Abwesenheit seine Stellvertretung. Probleme lösen: Du erkennst Störungen und Abweichungen und leitest passende Massnahmen ein. Qualität sicherstellen: Du gewährleistest die Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards, Sicherheitsvorgaben und internen Richtlinien. Zusammenarbeit fördern: Du unterstützt die Teamleiter und optimierst gemeinsam die Logistikprozesse.

Das solltest du mitbringen

Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Grundbildung als Logistiker:in EFZ oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung. Du denkst unternehmerisch, arbeitest strukturiert und lösungsorientiert und behältst auch bei hohem Arbeitsvolumen den Überblick. Du bist eine verantwortungsbewusste, durchsetzungsstarke und teamorientierte Führungspersönlichkeit, die Mitarbeitende motiviert und klare Entscheidungen trifft. Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute IT-Kenntnisse. Erfahrung mit Lagerverwaltungs- oder Logistiksystemen ist von Vorteil.

Arbeitszeiten:

1. Schicht 06:00 - 15:00 Uhr 2. Schichte 09:00 - 18:00 Uhr Jeden dritten Samstag von 06:00 - 15:00 Uhr, dafür unter der Woche einen Kompensationstag
