Das erwartet Dich

  • Du führst und unterstützt das Empfangsteam im operativen Tagesgeschäft
  • Du stellst einen professionellen und herzlichen Empfang für Gäste, Mitarbeitende und Partner sicher
  • Du koordinierst die täglichen Abläufe am Empfang und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Betrieb
  • Du planst Einsätze, Ferien und Stellvertretungen und behältst dabei den Überblick
  • Du begleitest die Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeitender und förderst die Zusammenarbeit im Team
  • Du bist Ansprechperson für den Kunden sowie interne und externe Anspruchsgruppen
  • Du verantwortest das Besucher- und Badge-Management sowie die Organisation von Sitzungszimmern
  • Du stellst die Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Servicestandards sicher und bringst Ideen zur Optimierung von Prozessen ein

Das bringst Du mit

  • Erfahrung am Empfang, im Front Office, in der Hotellerie oder in einer vergleichbaren Dienstleistungsfunktion
  • Erste Führungserfahrung oder die Motivation, Verantwortung für ein Team zu übernehmen
  • Eine strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Flexibilität gehört für dich dazu: Du bist bereit, Einsätze innerhalb unserer Betriebszeiten von Montag bis Freitag flexibel abzudecken
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office-Anwendungen
  • Hohe Service- und Kundenorientierung sowie Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Hands-on-Mentalität und die Fähigkeit, auch in hektischen Situationen den Überblick zu behalten
