Teamleiter/\-in Ergotherapie (m/w/a) 80 \- 90 % ===============================================

Deine Aufgaben

  • Schnittstelle zwischen dem Bereichsleiter Therapien am Standort und dem eigenen Team
  • Sicherstellen, dass die Jahresziele dem Team bekannt sind und erreicht werden
  • Umsetzung zeitgemässer Arbeitsbedingungen im eigenen Team, die ein sicheres und interdisziplinäres Arbeiten ermöglichen und die Zufriedenheit der Mitarbeitenden fördern
  • Förderung der interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit des eigenen Teams und Sicherung des fachübergreifenden Dialogs und der Integration des eigenen Teams am Standort
  • Förderung und Überwachung der fachlichen Qualität im eigenen Team (z.B. Koordination interner und externer Fortbildungen, Erarbeitung und Umsetzung von Massnahmen, Skill/Grade Mix) und Meldung der Abweichungen an dem Bereichsleiter
  • Arbeitet als Therapeut/in gemäss Stellenbeschreibung. Das Ausmass der therapeutischen Arbeit wird in Absprache mit dem Bereichsleiter Therapien am Standort definiert
  • Überwacht die Einhaltung aller Vorgaben, Prozesse und mitgeltende Dokumente im Team und schlägt dem Bereichsleiter gegebenenfalls Modifikationen und Anpassungen vor
  • Rekrutierung nachgeordneter Mitarbeitenden in Abstimmung mit dem Bereichsleiter Therapien
  • Übernimmt Aufgaben in Projekten und deren interdisziplinären Ausarbeitung

Dein Profil

  • SRK\-anerkannte Therapeutin MSc mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung im Fachbereich
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit, hohe soziale Kompetenz, Zuverlässigkeit und Belastbarkeit
  • Fundiertes Wissen des Gesundheitswesens in der Schweiz
  • Organisatorische Fähigkeiten, vernetztes Denken
