  • Du übernimmst die personelle und fachliche Verantwortung für den operativen Betrieb unseres Frontdesks und stellst eine hohe Servicequalität sicher.
  • Gemeinsam mit deinen Peers optimierst du den gesamten Service Delivery Prozess in der Shared Service Organisation Finanzen.
  • Du steuerst dein Team anhand von Kennzahlen und betriebswirtschaftlichen Zielsetzungen und leitest daraus konkrete Verbesserungsmassnahmen ab.
  • Du identifizierst Optimierungs- und Automatisierungspotenziale und treibst deren Umsetzung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Partnern aktiv voran.
  • Als moderne Führungspersönlichkeit coachst, förderst und entwickelst du dein Team (rund 12 Vollzeitstellen) und schaffst ein Umfeld, in dem Menschen Verantwortung übernehmen und ihr Potenzial entfalten können.
  • Du etablierst die Kultur des Lernens, der Zusammenarbeit und der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung weiter und bringst dein Team gemeinsam mit uns auf das nächste Level.

  • Du denkst analytisch und vernetzt, erkennst Zusammenhänge schnell und kannst komplexe Sachverhalte verständlich visualisieren, präsentieren und vermitteln.
  • Veränderungen motivieren dich. Du erkennst Optimierungspotenziale frühzeitig und setzt Verbesserungen in Prozessen, Organisationen und Systemen konsequent um.
  • Mit ausgeprägtem Organisationstalent, hoher Eigenverantwortung und Verlässlichkeit überzeugst du im Alltag und es bereitet dir besonders Freude junge Mitarbeiter:innen zu begleiten; dabei kommunizierst du empathisch und wertschätzend.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Nutzung und Weiterentwicklung von Service Management Lösungen (insbesondere mit Call/Ticketing-Prozessierung, Incident- / Problem- / Service Request- und Change-Management, Service Level Management und Knowledge Management) hast du dir bereits aneignen können.
  • Du bringst einen Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik (HF/FH) oder eine vergleichbare höhere Ausbildung mit oder verfügst bereits über fundierte Erfahrungen in der Führung eines First-Level-Support-, Service-Desk- oder Kundenservice-Teams. Idealerweise vereinst du beides.
  • In Deutsch kommunizierst du verhandlungssicher (Niveau C2) und bringst gute schriftliche und mündliche Kenntnisse mindestens einer zweiten Landessprache mit.
