Deine Aufgaben:

  • Aufbau, Organisation und Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs Instandhaltung im 2\-Schichtbetrieb
  • Disziplinarische und fachliche Führung der Instandhaltungsmitarbeitenden
  • Aufbau einer strukturierten vorbeugenden Instandhaltung (Preventive Maintenance)
  • Planung und Koordination von Wartungen, Reparaturen und Piketteinsätzen
  • Aktive Mitarbeit bei Störungen und technischen Problemen an Produktionsanlagen
  • Analyse von Schwachstellen und Umsetzung nachhaltiger Verbesserungsmassnahmen
  • Optimierung der Anlagenverfügbarkeit und Reduktion von Stillständen
  • Aufbau und Pflege von Ersatzteilmanagement, Maschinenstammdaten und technischer Dokumentation
  • Verantwortung für technische Infrastruktur und Gebäudeunterhalt
  • Koordination und Beauftragung von Fremdfirmen zur Durchführung von Wartungs\- und Reparaturarbeiten
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen am Standort und in der Konzernzentrale
  • Zentraler Ansprechpartner für technische Fragen am Standort Gretzenbach

Dein Profil:

* Abgeschlossene technische Grundausbildung, idealerweise als Mechaniker:in, Elektriker:in oder in einem vergleichbaren technischen Beruf * Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Instandhaltung von Produktionsanlagen * Ausgewiesene Führungserfahrung, idealerweise in einem technischen oder industriellen Umfeld * Fundiertes Fachwissen in Hydraulik, Pneumatik sowie Mess\-, Steuerungs\- und Regeltechnik * Kenntnisse in der SPS\-Programmierung, vorzugsweise mit Siemens S7/TIA PortalGute SAP\-Anwenderkenntnisse, insbesondere im Modul SAP PM wünschenswert * Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Dokumentationen * Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 2\-Schichtbetireb und zu gelegentlichen Piketteinsätzen * Bereitschaft zur 2–3\-monatigen Einarbeitung bei unserem Mutterkonzern am Standort Selters (DE) j4id10442079jm j4it1042jm j4iy26jm
