Wir suchen zur Verstärkung am Standort Regensdorf ab sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine motivierte und dynamische Persönlichkeit als Teamleiter/in Mechanical Engineering (m/w/d) ================================================

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Fachliche und personelle Führung des Mechanical-Engineering-Teams
  • Planung, Koordination und Überwachung von Konstruktions- und Entwicklungsprojekten hinsichtlich Qualität, Kosten und Terminen
  • Verantwortung für die Entwicklung, Konstruktion und Optimierung von Maschinen, Baugruppen und Anlagen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Projektmanagement, Einkauf, Produktion, Montage, Service und Vertrieb
  • Verantwortung für die Einhaltung relevanter Normen, Richtlinien und Kundenanforderungen
  • Durchführung von Mitarbeitergesprächen sowie Förderung der fachlichen und persönlichen Weiterentwicklung der Mitarbeitenden
  • Entwicklung und Konstruktion von Bauteilen und Komponenten im Bereich Elektromaschinenbau undGrossgetriebe
  • Auslegung und Berechnung der mechanischen Bauteile und Komponenten
  • Erarbeitung von Konzepten und Kalkulationen für Anfragen und Ausschreibungen
  • Ausarbeitung der technischen Unterlagen

Unsere Anforderungen an Dich:

  • BSc in Maschinentechnik (ETH / FH) oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Eine erfolgreich absolvierte Grundausbildung in einem technischen Beruf ist wünschenswert
  • Freude an der Führung und Weiterentwicklung deines Teams
  • Versierter Umgang mit 3D-CAD-Programm, vorzugsweise Autodesk Inventor 2023
  • Vorzugsweise Erfahrung im Bereich der elektrischen Antriebe, Motoren, Generatoren, Reparatur- und Instandhaltungsaufgaben
  • Fähigkeit, strategische Ziele in operative Massnahmen umzusetzen
  • Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für die Schnittstellen zwischen Engineering, Einkauf, Produktion, Montage und Service
