Job description:

  • Sie verantworten den Bereich Medizinische Applikationen und stellen den Betrieb, die Weiterentwicklung sowie das Life\-Cycle\-Management der Systeme sicher.
  • Sie führen sechs direkt unterstellte Mitarbeitende in fachlicher und personeller Hinsicht.
  • Sie nehmen Business\-Anforderungen auf, analysieren diese und erarbeiten sowie dokumentieren passende Lösungsvorschläge.
  • Sie identifizieren Optimierungspotenziale in den Prozessen und setzen entsprechende Verbesserungen um.
  • Sie arbeiten aktiv im Testmanagement mit.
  • Sie übernehmen Aufgaben im 2nd\- und 3rd\-Level\-Support für medizinische Applikationen.
  • Sie analysieren und beheben auftretende Probleme und leisten Einsätze im Pikettdienst.
  • Sie leiten Projekte im medizinischen Applikationsumfeld oder unterstützen diese aktiv.
  • Sie fungieren als zentrale Ansprechperson (SPOC) für Softwarepartner und Lieferanten im Verantwortungsbereich.
  • Sie übernehmen Aufgaben im Controlling sowie im Ressourcenmanagement des Teams.

Gemeinsam mit dem Team stellen Sie den stabilen Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung zentraler medizinischer Applikationen sicher und richten die klinischen Systeme optimal auf die Bedürfnisse der Fachbereiche aus

Requirements:

  • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Informatik oder Medizininformatik.
  • Sie bringen sehr gute Kenntnisse der Spitalprozesse und des klinischen Behandlungspfads mit.
  • Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden sowie in der Leitung von Projekten.
  • Sie sind mit RIS, PACS, DICOM\- und HL7\-Schnittstellenkommunikation sowie ITIL vertraut.
  • Sie zeichnen sich durch ein hohes Mass an Kunden\- und Serviceorientierung aus.
  • Sie arbeiten teamorientiert, selbständig und verantwortungsbewusst.
  • Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
