Das kannst du bei uns bewegen.

Als absolute Dienstleister\- und Unternehmerpersönlichkeit übernimmst du:

  • die Betreuung unserer Mandate und Aufträge im Bereich Reinigung
  • die operative Abwicklung der Unterhaltsreinigungsaufträge sowie Spezial\- \& Grundreinigungen
  • die Führung der Reinigungsmitarbeitenden (inkl. Rekrutierung \& Mithilfe beim Onboarding)
  • die Erstellung der Einsatz\-, Ressourcen\- \& Ferienplanung
  • die selbstständige Kalkulation von Reinigungsleistungen, Offerterstellung sowie für Zusatzaufträge/Reinigungsmandate
  • die Verantwortung für Termine und Qualität im Bereich Unterhaltsreinigung

Du bezeichnest dich als Dienstleister:in aus innerster Überzeugung und bringst mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Reinigung mit. Positives Feedback motiviert dich und spornt dich zu weiteren Topleistungen an. Zudem bringst du mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Grundausbildung in der Gebäudereinigung (Facility Management oder ähnliches)
  • Mehrjährige kooperative Führungserfahrung
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung in Offertwesen, Kalkulation und Budgetverantwortung
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit anspruchsvollen Kunden sowie Reklamationsmanagement
  • eine motivierte, strukturierte und selbstständige Persönlichkeit mit kosten\-/nutzenorientiertem Denken (Betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis)
  • Flexibilität und Offenheit für neue Herausforderungen und Veränderungen
  • Kommunikationsstärke und ein ausgeprägtes Kundenbewusstsein – du kannst Mitarbeitende und Kunden begeistern
  • sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (weitere Sprachen von Vorteil)
  • Gute IT\-Anwenderkenntnisse (digitales Arbeitsumfeld)
  • Gültiger Führerausweis Kat. B und Wohnsitz in der Region Baden/Aarau
