Das Kloster Einsiedeln ist eine traditionsreiche Benediktinerabtei und einer der bedeutendsten Wallfahrtsorte der Schweiz. Als Ort der Spiritualität, Bildung, Kultur und Gastfreundschaft vereint das Kloster vielfältige Bereiche unter einem Dach. Gästehaus, Schule, Klostergemeinschaft und weitere Betriebe prägen einen lebendigen und abwechslungsreichen Alltag.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte und unternehmerisch denkende Führungspersönlichkeit als Teamleiter/in Reinigung \& Hauswirtschaft (80\-100%).

In dieser verantwortungsvollen Funktion führen Sie die Bereiche Reinigung, Wäscherei und Schneiderei. Gleichzeitig arbeiten Sie aktiv im Tagesgeschäft mit und unterstützen Ihr Team durch Ihre fachliche Kompetenz und Ihr Vorbild. Gemeinsam mit den verschiedenen Fachbereichen stellen Sie eine hohe Dienstleistungs\- und Aufenthaltsqualität für Gäste, Mitarbeitende, Schülerinnen und sowie die Klostergemeinschaft sicher.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Aktive Mitarbeit in den Bereichen Reinigung, Wäscherei und Schneiderei sowie fachliche und personelle Führung des Teams
  • Planung, Organisation und Weiterentwicklung von Arbeitsabläufen, Einsatzplänen und Qualitätsstandards
  • Förderung und Entwicklung der Mitarbeitenden sowie Perspektive zur Mitgestaltung der Lernendenausbildung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Bereich Gäste, der Stiftsschule und weiteren Fachbereichen
  • Verantwortung für Hygiene, Arbeitssicherheit sowie einen wirtschaftlichen und nachhaltigen Ressourceneinsatz
  • Mitgestaltung von Optimierungs\- und Veränderungsprozessen sowie Nutzung von Synergien bei Beschaffungen und Bestellungen

Ihr Profil

  • Ausbildung im Bereich Hauswirtschaft, Hotellerie, Reinigung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufs\- und Führungserfahrung in einem dienstleistungsorientierten Umfeld, idealerweise in der Hotellerie oder Hauswirtschaft
  • Freude an einer praxisnahen Führungsrolle mit aktiver Mitarbeit im Tagesgeschäft
  • Organisationsgeschick, Eigeninitiative und unternehmerisches Denken
  • Freude an der bereichsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit
  • Gute MS\-Office\-Kenntnisse
  • Diskretion, Verlässlichkeit und ein wertschätzendes Auftreten
