Für unseren Kunden, ein führendes Unternehmen in der Automobil- und Carrosseriebranche, suchen wir eine/n erfahrene/n und engagierte/n Teamleiter/in Spenglerei (m/w/d). Diese Position bietet Ihnen die Möglichkeit, Ihre Fachkenntnisse und Führungsqualitäten einzubringen und in einem innovativen und modernen Arbeitsumfeld neue Maßstäbe zu setzen.

Aufgaben

Führung trifft Präzision

Teamleitung: Fachliche und personelle Führung eines engagierten Teams von Carrosseriespengler/innen.

Arbeitsorganisation: Planung und Koordination der Arbeitsabläufe in der Spenglerei für maximale Effizienz.

Qualitätssicherung: Sicherstellung höchster Qualitätsstandards bei Reparatur- und Instandsetzungsarbeiten.

Kundenfokus: Unterstützung des Kundendienstes bei der Beratung und Betreuung von Kundenprojekten.

Prozessoptimierung: Einführung und Umsetzung moderner Technologien und Prozesse für optimale Ergebnisse.

Verantwortung: Überwachung der Einhaltung von Sicherheits-, Umwelt- und Unternehmensrichtlinien.

Profil

Fachkompetenz trifft Führungsstärke

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Carrosseriespengler/in EFZ.

Weiterbildung im Bereich Führung oder Technik, z. B. Carrosseriemeister/in oder ähnliche Qualifikation.

Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Carrosseriespenglerei, idealerweise in einer leitenden Position.

Fundiertes technisches Wissen über Werkstoffe und Reparaturtechniken.

Führungskompetenz, Organisationstalent und eine lösungsorientierte Denkweise.

Hohe Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Teams.

Führerausweis der Kategorie B von Vorteil.
