Wir sind überzeugt, dass eine persönliche Begleitung in diesen Themen einen wichtigen Unterschied in der Kundenbeziehung bewirkt. 

In der Rolle als Teamleiter:in Steuern übernimmst du die Verantwortung für ein spezialisiertes Team und bist zentrale Ansprechperson für den Vertrieb. Gemeinsam sorgt ihr dafür, dass unsere Kundschaft in sensiblen Lebensphasen optimal betreut wird und sich auf unsere Expertise verlassen kann.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Führen und Entwickeln eines Expertenteams mit 3 Mitarbeitenden 
  • Beraten von Kundinnen und Kunden (natürliche und juristische Personen) im Steuerrecht insbesondere zu Steuerfragen rund um Nachfolgeregelungen, Umstrukturierungen und Immobilientransaktionen
  • Ausschöpfen vorhandener Geschäftspotenziale dank bedürfnisorientierter und umfassender Beratung 
  • Verantworten der Weiterentwicklung der Steuerberatungsdienstleistung und aktives Mitarbeiten in Projekten 
  • Vertreten und Repräsentieren des Teams intern und extern 
  • Agieren als zentrale Ansprechperson für den Vertrieb in allen Fragen rund um Steuern

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene höhere Fachausbildung (dipl. Steuerexperte, MAS Taxation o.ä.) 
  • Mehrjährige Praxis- und eigenständige Beratungserfahrung im Unternehmens- und Immobiliensteuerrecht nach Abschluss der Fachausbildung
  • Freude an intensiver Zusammenarbeit mit Kollegen:innen aus anderen Fachbereichen
  • Hohe Beratungskompetenz im Umgang mit anspruchsvollen Kundensituationen und sensiblen Lebensphasen 
  • Empathie, starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen zeichnen dich aus 
  • Mit deinem gewinnenden, sicheren Auftritt motivierst du Mitarbeitende und führst sie zum Erfolg 
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, sowie gute Englischkenntnisse wünschenswert, jede weitere Sprache ist von Vorteil
