Das ist Ihr Aufgabengebiet

  • Fachliche Führung unseres Montageteams mit 4–5 Mitarbeitenden.
  • Planung, Koordination und Priorisierung der Produktions\- und Reparaturaufträge sowie Sicherstellung einer effizienten Auslastung.
  • Aktive Mitarbeit bei der Montage und Prüfung von Getrieben, Getriebemotoren und weiteren Antriebskomponenten.
  • Durchführung technischer Funktionsprüfungen und Qualitätskontrollen.
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitäts\-, Sicherheits\- und Arbeitsvorgaben.
  • Organisation und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Arbeitsabläufe und Prozesse im Montagebereich.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserer technischen Abteilung, dem Einkauf, der Logistik.

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene mechanische oder elektromechanische Grundbildung, z. B. als Automatiker/in EFZ, Polymechaniker/in EFZ, Produktionsmechaniker/in EFZ, Mechaniker/in oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.
  • Erfahrung in der Fachlichen Leitung von Mitarbeitenden von Vorteil.
  • Erfahrung mit Getrieben, Getriebemotoren oder Antriebstechnik von Vorteil.
  • Elektrotechnische Kenntnisse von Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen, sowie Mess\- und Prüfmitteln.
  • Organisationsgeschick sowie eine selbständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise.
  • Ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein.
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
