Im Auftrag suchen wir eine kompetente, engagierte Persönlichkeit zur Verstärkung des Teams als Teamleiter Instandhaltung/Unterhalt 100%

Ihre Aufgaben

Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des Betriebsunterhalts - Planung/Koordination/Mitarbeit bei Störungen/ Wartungen/Reparaturen/ Umbauten - Sicherstellung einer hohen Anlagenverfügbarkeit und proaktiven Instandhaltung - Projektleitung bei neuen Maschinen, Betriebsmitteln, Umbauten und Automatisierungsprojekten - Entwicklung und Umsetzung technischer Lösungen vom Konzept bis zur Inbetriebnahme - Bewertung der technischen Machbarkeit/Wirtschaftlichkeit von Fertigungsprozessen - Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung/Umsetzung von Prototypen und neuen Ideen - Erstellung von Schulungsunterlagen und Durchführung von Schulungen - Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Schnittstellen wie; Leiter Technik-Produktion

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossene technische Grundausbildung (z. B. Automatiker, Polymechaniker, Mechatroniker oder vergleichbare Ausbildung) - Mehrjährige Berufs-/Führungserfahrung idealerweise in Produktionstechnik- Betriebsunterhalt - Automation - Gute Kenntnisse in Elektrotechnik/ Automation (Siemens - TIA Portal von Vorteil) - Strukturierte/kostenbewusste/lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Eigenverantwortung - Freude an Hands-on-Mentalität - Teamplayer, gute Kommunikation und Freude an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit
