Einleitung

Für ein modernes, wachstumsorientiertes Dienstleistungsunternehmen suchen wir eine erfahrene Führungspersönlichkeit als Teamleiter Payroll & Accounting (m/w/d). In dieser Schlüsselrolle übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für ein spezialisiertes Payroll-Team und stellen die professionelle Abwicklung komplexer Lohn- und Abrechnungsprozesse für verschiedene Kundenmandate sicher.

Neben der operativen und fachlichen Führung treiben Sie die Optimierung, Digitalisierung und Automatisierung von Prozessen aktiv voran und leisten einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Weiterentwicklung des Unternehmens.

Aufgaben

Fachliche und personelle Führung eines Payroll-Teams

Sicherstellung einer korrekten, termingerechten und gesetzeskonformen Lohnverarbeitung

Betreuung und Beratung von Kunden in sämtlichen Payroll- und Abrechnungsthemen

Verantwortung für die Einhaltung arbeits-, sozialversicherungs- und steuerrechtlicher Vorgaben

Bearbeitung komplexer Fragestellungen sowie Unterstützung des Teams in Spezialfällen

Verantwortung für Debitorenprozesse und enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Finanzbereich

Mitwirkung bei Audits, Revisionen und behördlichen Prüfungen

Leitung von Projekten zur Prozessoptimierung, Digitalisierung und Automatisierung

Onboarding neuer Kundenmandate sowie Sicherstellung effizienter Abläufe

Profil

Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Payroll-, Treuhand-, Accounting- oder HR-Umfeld

Führungserfahrung von Vorteil

Weiterbildung im Bereich Payroll, Personalwesen, Finanzen oder Betriebswirtschaft

Fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeits-, Sozialversicherungs- und Steuerrecht

Hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung sowie ausgeprägte Organisationsfähigkeit

Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englisch- und Französischkenntnisse

Affinität zu digitalen Lösungen und modernen Technologien

Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
