Teamleiter Produktion & Technik (m/w/d) #

Deine Aufgaben ###

  • Führung und Koordination des Produktionsteams im Tagesgeschäft
  • Planung der Mitarbeitereinsätze sowie der benötigten Ressourcen
  • Sicherstellung eines zuverlässigen, effizienten und sicheren Anlagenbetriebs
  • Überwachung der laufenden Produktion und Sicherstellung der vorgegebenen Produktionsziele
  • Kontrolle und laufende Verbesserung der Produktions- und Arbeitsabläufe
  • Sicherstellung der geforderten Qualitätsstandards und Durchführung entsprechender Kontrollen
  • Erfassung und Auswertung von Betriebs- und Produktionskennzahlen
  • Organisation und Abstimmung von Wartungs-, Reparatur- und Unterhaltsarbeiten mit den zuständigen Fachbereichen
  • Unterstützung bei der Bedienung und Überwachung der technischen Anlagen
  • Koordination und Überwachung der Materialbestände sowie der Lagerbereiche
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Umweltvorgaben
  • Erkennen von Verbesserungspotenzialen und aktive Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung von Prozessen und Arbeitsabläufen

Dein Profil ###

  • Abgeschlossene technische, mechanische oder handwerkliche Berufsausbildung
  • Berufserfahrung in einem Produktionsbetrieb, Industrieunternehmen oder vergleichbaren technischen Umfeld
  • Führungserfahrung von Vorteil - auch motivierte Persönlichkeiten, die den nächsten Schritt in eine Führungsfunktion machen möchten, sind willkommen
  • Technisches Verständnis und Freude an einem abwechslungsreichen Produktionsumfeld
  • Gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten und eine selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Gültiger Staplerausweis
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Anwenderkenntnisse der gängigen PC-Programme
  • Verantwortungsbewusste, zuverlässige und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie eine offene und teamorientierte Kommunikation
  • Bereitschaft, bei Bedarf im Schichtbetrieb zu arbeiten
