* Fachliche und personelle Führung des Teams * Planung und Koordination der Mitarbeitereinsätze und Produktionsaufträge * Erstellen und Überprüfen von Herstellkostenkalkulationen * Sicherstellen von Qualität, Terminen und Arbeitssicherheit * Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung der Produktionsprozesse * Aktive Mitarbeit im Tagesgeschäft und Unterstützung bei technischen Herausforderungen * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit angrenzenden Bereichen Ihr Profil

* Technische oder handwerkliche Grundausbildung, idealerweise im Bereich Holz, oder mehrjährige Erfahrung in einem industriellen Produktionsumfeld * Erfahrung in der Holzverarbeitung von Vorteil, jedoch keine zwingende Voraussetzung * Führungserfahrung von Vorteil oder Bereitschaft, sich in eine Führungsfunktion weiterzuentwickeln * Gutes technisches Verständnis und Interesse an modernen Produktions\- und CNC\-Technologien * Ausgeprägte Planungs\- und Organisationsfähigkeit * Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise * Hohes Qualitäts\- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein * Gute Kommunikations\- und Teamfähigkeit * Freude daran, Mitarbeitende zu führen, zu unterstützen und gemeinsam Ziele zu erreichen Das erwartet Sie
