Ihre Aufgabe ##

  • Führung und Unterstützung eines kleinen Produktionsteams
  • Organisation, Koordination und Überwachung der täglichen Arbeitsabläufe
  • Planung und Verteilung der anfallenden Arbeiten sowie Sicherstellung einer effizienten Ressourcennutzung
  • Überwachung der Qualitätsanforderungen und Einhaltung vereinbarter Termine
  • Übernahme der fachlichen Verantwortung für schweisstechnische Prozesse
  • Erstellung und Pflege technischer Arbeits- und Fertigungsunterlagen
  • Prüfung technischer Dokumentationen und Produktionsvorgaben auf Umsetzbarkeit und Konformität
  • Fachliche Beurteilung von Konstruktionen und Fertigungsunterlagen
  • Mitarbeit bei anspruchsvollen Fertigungs- und Montagearbeiten
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen
  • Einarbeitung, Förderung und fachliche Unterstützung der Mitarbeitenden
  • Stellvertretung der vorgesetzten Führungsperson bei Bedarf

Ihr Profil ##

  • Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung im Metall- oder Produktionsumfeld oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Weiterbildung zum International Welding Specialist (IWS) zwingend erforderlich
  • Fundierte praktische Kenntnisse im Schweissen und in der metallverarbeitenden Fertigung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem industriellen Produktionsbetrieb
  • Erfahrung in der Führung oder Koordination von Mitarbeitenden
  • Verständnis für technische Zeichnungen, Fertigungsunterlagen und Qualitätsanforderungen
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein und technisches Verständnis
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Teamfähigkeit
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie eine pragmatische Herangehensweise
  • Belastbarkeit und Organisationsgeschick auch bei anspruchsvollen Aufgaben und engen Terminen
