Deine Mission

Du sorgst mit deinem Führungs\- und Sicherheitsverständnis dafür, dass der St. \- , unsere Teams und das Unternehmen bei Spielen, Veranstaltungen und im täglichen Betrieb bestmöglich geschützt sind. Du koordinierst die operativen Sicherheitseinsätze, behältst auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen den Überblick und stellst gemeinsam mit internen und externen Partnern reibungslose Abläufe sicher. Als Teil des Security\-Teams trägst du aktiv dazu bei, dass sich Mitarbeitende, :innen und Gäste im Rotblau\-Umfeld jederzeit sicher fühlen können.

Zu deinen Hauptaufgaben gehören:

  • Operative Leitung an Auswärtsspielen sowie Schutz der 1\. Mannschaft/anderer Teams und des Unternehmens an sämtlichen internen \& externen Anlässen
  • Bindeglied zwischen dem Head of Security und den eingesetzten Sicherheitsmitarbeitenden während Events im St. \-
  • Sicherheitskonzept regelmässig überprüfen und anpassen in Absprache mit Vorgesetzten
  • Überprüfung der personellen Ressourcen sowie Planung aller Spiele \& Events
  • Bewertung potenzieller Risiken und Bedrohungen
  • Kontaktpflege zu Sicherheitsabteilungen von anderen Fussballclubs
  • diverse administrative Aufgaben (u.a. Erstellen von Abspracherapporten zu Handen der SFL und UEFA)
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit sowie Teilnahme an Sitzungen mit Fanarbeit, Behörden, SFL und UEFA
  • Koordination mit Polizei, Feuerwehr und anderen Institutionen bei Vorfällen

Das bringst du mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung
  • Eidgenössischer Fachausweis im Sicherheitsbereich von Vorteil oder min. gleichwertige Ausbildung
  • Ausbildung SiBe Brandschutz / SiBe KOPAS wünschenswert
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im operativen und planerischen Sicherheitsbereich
  • sehr gute Deutsch\- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
  • Führerausweis Kategorie B
  • Bereitschaft zu Abend\- und Wochenendeinsätzen
  • Ausgeprägte Planungs\-, Kommunikations\- und Konfliktfähigkeit
  • Hohe Belastbarkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und souveränes Auftreten
  • Verhandlungsgeschick und hohes Sicherheitsbewusstsein
  • Einwandfreier Straf\- und Betreibungsregisterauszug
