Sie möchten Verantwortung übernehmen und mit Ihrer Arbeit einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Blutversorgung leisten? Für unseren Hauptsitz in Bern suchen wir Sie per 1\. Januar 2027 oder nach Vereinbarung als Gruppenleitung für die Spendeadministration und den Empfang. In dieser vielseitigen Funktion führen Sie zwei Teams und sorgen gemeinsam mit Ihren Mitarbeitenden für reibungslose Abläufe für unsere Spendenden.

Das können Sie bewirken

  • Sie führen und entwickeln die Teams Spendeadministration und Empfang mit insgesamt 7 Mitarbeitenden
  • Sie stellen die zuverlässige Pflege der Spendendendaten sicher
  • Sie koordinieren die Aufbereitung und den Versand von Spendeeinladungen
  • Sie tragen zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung unserer Dienstleistungen und Prozesse bei
  • Sie sorgen für einen professionellen und herzlichen ersten Kontakt am Empfang

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung, idealerweise in einer vergleichbaren Funktion
  • Rasche Auffassungsgabe, ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Sehr gute MS\-Office\-Kenntnisse sowie die Fähigkeit, sich rasch in neue IT\-Systeme einzuarbeiten
  • Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse und gute ösischkenntnisse
