Aufgaben & Herausforderungen

  • Verantwortung für die professionelle Bewirtschaftung eines anspruchsvollen Portfolios mit Fokus auf Gewerbeliegenschaften
  • Führung eines kleinen Bewirtschaftungsteams
  • Betreuung und Pflege der Beziehungen zu Mietern, Geschäftspartnern und weiteren Anspruchsgruppen
  • Steuerung und Begleitung von Vermietungen, Vertragsverhandlungen und anspruchsvollen Mietverhältnissen
  • Erstellung und Überwachung von Budgets, Reportings sowie relevanten Kennzahlen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen sowie externen Dienstleistern
  • Optimierung von Bewirtschaftungsprozessen und aktive Mitgestaltung bei der Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs

Qualifikationen & Kompetenzen

  • Weiterbildung zum Fachausweis als Immobilienbewirtschafter oder vergleichbar
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Immobilienbewirtschaftung mit Gewerbeliegenschaften
  • Erste Führungserfahrung von Vorteil
  • Unternehmerisches Denken sowie ein gutes Verständnis für wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Freude daran, Mitarbeitende zu fördern und gemeinsam Resultate zu erzielen
  • Versiertes EDV-Kenntnisse (ERP-Kenntnisse)
  • Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
