Du möchtest Verantwortung übernehmen, dein Team weiterentwickeln und gleichzeitig den Bezug zur Pflege behalten? Für eine gemischte Wohngruppe in einer modernen Pflegeinstitution suchen wir eine engagierte Teamleitung Pflege und Betreuung.

Aufgaben

  • Fachliche und personelle Führung des Pflegeteams
  • Organisation und Koordination des Arbeitsalltags auf der Wohngruppe
  • Sicherstellung einer professionellen und individuellen Pflege und Betreuung
  • Verantwortung für eine bedarfsgerechte Einsatz- und Dienstplanung
  • Begleitung, Förderung und Entwicklung der Mitarbeitenden
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Bewohnenden, Angehörigen und internen Fachstellen
  • Aktive Mitarbeit in der Pflege und Unterstützung des Teams im Alltag
  • Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung der Pflegequalität und interner Prozesse

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH
  • Erste Führungserfahrung oder Motivation, den nächsten Karriereschritt zu machen
  • Idealerweise eine Führungsausbildung oder die Bereitschaft, eine solche zu absolvieren
  • Erfahrung und Freude in der Langzeitpflege
  • Eine empathische, lösungsorientierte und verlässliche Persönlichkeit
  • Freude daran, Mitarbeitende zu begleiten und gemeinsam Ziele zu erreichen
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse
