Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams an einem unserer Standorte in Rapperswil oder Zürich, suchen wir eine erfahrene und engagierte Persönlichkeit, die unsere Finanzen führt und gleichzeitig nahe an unseren Projekten arbeitet. In dieser Funktion verbinden Sie Finanzkompetenz mit einem guten Verständnis für die Abläufe in Generalplanung, Architektur und Baumanagement.

IHRE AUFGABEN

  • Fachliche und personelle Führung des Finanzteams
  • Organisation, Koordination und Weiterentwicklung der Aufgaben und Prozesse im Finanzbereich
  • Verantwortung für die Qualität und termingerechte Abwicklung der laufenden Finanzprozesse
  • Erstellung und Koordination unserer Honorarrechnungen für Planungs\- und Baumanagementleistungen
  • Verantwortung für das kaufmännische Nachtragswesen unserer Aufträge
  • Überwachung von Honoraren, Nachträgen, Zahlungseingängen und offenen Positionen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Geschäftsleitung, Projektleitenden und Projektteams
  • Unterstützung der Projektverantwortlichen bei finanziellen, vertraglichen und auftragsbezogenen Fragestellungen
  • Führung der Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Verantwortung für Debitoren\- und Kreditorenmanagement inklusive Mahnwesen
  • Vorbereitung und Abstimmung der notwendigen Unterlagen für die extern erstellten Abschlüsse
  • Aktive Weiterentwicklung und Digitalisierung unserer Prozesse und Abläufe im Finanzbereich

IHR PROFIL

  • Fundierte Erfahrung im Finanz\- und Rechnungswesen sowie Erfahrung in der Führung eines Teams
  • Kenntnisse in Abacus von Vorteil sowie einen sicheren Umgang mit digitalen Arbeitsprozessen
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in einem Architektur\-, Ingenieur\-, Planungs\- oder Bauunternehmen
  • Ein gutes Verständnis für Planungsprozesse, Projektabläufe, Honorare und Auftragsstrukturen
  • Erfahrung mit Honorarrechnungen und dem kaufmännischen Nachtragswesen
  • Eine strukturierte, präzise und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Freude an Führung und daran, Mitarbeitende zu unterstützen und weiterzuentwickeln
  • Kommunikationsstärke und die Fähigkeit, finanzielle Zusammenhänge auch gegenüber Projektteams verständlich zu vermitteln
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und den Anspruch, Abläufe nicht einfach zu verwalten, sondern aktiv zu verbessern
