Deine Aufgaben ##

  • Verantwortlich für die organisatorische, personelle und betriebswirtschaftliche Führung von 5 Mitarbeitenden der Abteilung Hauswirtschaft
  • Aktive Mitarbeit im Tagesbetrieb
  • Verantwortung und Mitarbeit sämtlicher Prozesse der Reinigung und Wäscherei (intern/ extern)
  • Gewährleistung der Sicherheits- und Hygienerichtlinien
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung neuer Konzepte und Trends im Bereich Hauwirtschaft
  • Als authentische, durchsetzungsfähige und pflichtbewusste Person, trägst du mit deinem Fachwissen wesentlich dazu bei, dass die Qualitätsansprüche jederzeit gewährleistet sind
  • Du gestaltest den Dienstleistungsbereich mit Freude und Engagement, Kreativität, ästhetischem Flair und unternehmerischem Denken
  • Führen, Anweisen, Kontrollieren, Coachen und Fördern der direkt unterstellten Mitarbeitenden sowie Zuständigkeit für Rekrutierungs- und Qualifikationsgespräche
  • Erstellen von monatliche Abrechnungen und Verrechnungen
  • Einkauf von Verbrauchsmaterial / Lagerhaltung
  • Planung und Durchführung von Schulungen
  • Erstellen und Überarbeiten von Arbeitsdokumenten und Statistiken

Das bringst du mit ##

  • Ausbildung als Fachfrau/-mann Hauswirtschaft EFZ oder vergleichbare Ausbildung, vorzugsweise im Heim- oder Spitalbereich
  • Mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung, von Vorteil im Gesundheitswesen
  • Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufs- und Führungserfahrungen in der Hauswirtschaft
  • Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
  • Neben hohem Verantwortungs- und Hygienebewusstsein bringst du auch eine zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise mit.
  • Vorgegebene Qualitätsstandards setzt du konsequent um und bist bereit, Neues zu lernen.
