Teamleitung Pflege, 60-100% Dein Beitrag: Du führst und coachst gemeinsam mit einer weiteren Teamleitung zwei somatische Pflegeteams am Standort Bremgarten und förderst die Weiterentwicklung deiner Mitarbeitenden Du organisierst und koordinierst das operative Tagesgeschäft und stellst einen reibungslosen Ablauf sicher Du verantwortest eine qualitativ hochstehende und bedarfsgerechte Pflege und Betreuung und begleitest komplexe Klientensituationen Du unterstützt dein Team bei fachlichen Fragen und hilfst mit Prozesse und Abläufe zu optimieren Du bringst deine Ideen aktiv ein und leistet somit einen Beitrag zu Weiterentwicklung des Pflegebereichs  Das bringst du mit: Du verfügst über ein in der Schweiz anerkanntes Diplom als Pflegefachperson HF/FH sowie fundierte Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in der Spitex Du bringst Führungserfahrung mit und kommunizierst klar, wertschätzend und lösungsorientiert Du verfügst über eine hohe Sozial-, Selbst-, Methoden- und Fachkompetenz, denkst unternehmerisch und handelst selbständig Du hast organisatorisches Geschick und gute IT-Kenntnisse Was wir dir bieten: Eine vielseitige und verantwortungsvolle Führungsaufgabe mit Gestaltungsspielraum Eine abwechslungsreiche Tätigkeit mit Führung, Organisation und fachlicher Weiterentwicklung Geregelte Arbeitszeiten von Montag bis Freitag, mindestens fünf Wochen Ferien und zeitgemässe Anstellungsbedingungen Eine wertschätzende, kollegiale Unternehmenskultur mit sorgfältiger Einarbeitung sowie individuellen Weiterbildungs- und Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten Sende deine Bewerbung an: [email protected]. Für Fragen steht dir Miriam Salierno, Bereichsleiterin Kerndienste, unter 079 885 53 29 jeweils MO bis DO gerne zur Verfügung.
