Dein zukünftiger Arbeitgeber ist eine soziale Institution in der Region Seeland, die rund 60 Menschen mit kognitiven und mehrfachen Beeinträchtigungen betreute Wohn- und Arbeitsplätze bietet. Rund 100 Fachpersonen begleiten die Klient:innen im Alltag und schaffen ein Umfeld, das Sicherheit, Gemeinschaft und Lebensqualität verbindet.

Die pflegerische Versorgung ist eng mit den verschiedenen Wohn- und Arbeitsbereichen verknüpft. Der interne Pflegedienst übernimmt dabei eine wichtige Funktion: Er unterstützt und berät die Teams bei pflegerischen und medizinischen Fragestellungen, koordiniert medizinische Termine und arbeitet mit Ärzt:innen, Angehörigen, gesetzlichen Vertretungen sowie weiteren Fachstellen zusammen.

Mit dem Aufbau einer Inhouse-Spitex wird die pflegerische Versorgung nun gezielt weiterentwickelt und neu strukturiert. Für dich bedeutet das: Du übernimmst nicht einfach ein bestehendes Angebot, sondern kannst deine Spitex-Erfahrung von Beginn an einbringen und die zukünftigen Abläufe und Prozesse aktiv mitgestalten.

Als Teamleitung Pflegedienst 80 % führst du ein kleines Team von vier Mitarbeitenden und verbindest Führung mit fachlicher Arbeit und Projektentwicklung. Eine Position für jemanden, der gerne Verantwortung übernimmt und gleichzeitig nah an der Praxis bleiben möchte.

Eintritt per 1. November 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung.

Hier kannst du wirklich mitgestalten

  • Baue die Inhouse-Spitex aktiv mit auf, bringe deine Erfahrung in Projekt- und Arbeitsgruppen ein und entwickle passende Strukturen und Prozesse
  • Führe den Pflegedienst mit vier Mitarbeitenden personell und organisatorisch und treibe die Pflegequalität gemeinsam mit dem Team weiter voran
  • Übernimm die Bedarfsermittlung mit interRAI HC, Leistungsplanung und -kontrolle sowie die Abrechnung und stelle eine vollständige Dokumentation mit easyDOK sicher
  • Berate die Wohn- und Arbeitsbereiche bei pflegerischen Fragen, übernimm medizinisch-technische Aufgaben und koordiniere die Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzt:innen, Angehörigen und weiteren Beteiligten

Das bringst du mit

  • Abschluss als Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH, AKP oder DN II sowie Berufserfahrung in einem vergleichbaren Umfeld
  • Erfahrung in der Spitex und mit interRAI HC sowie Praxis in der Umsetzung von Projekten im Pflegebereich
  • Führungserfahrung ist erwünscht; eine Führungsausbildung oder die Bereitschaft, eine solche zu absolvieren, ergänzt dein Profil
  • Aktuelle Kenntnisse in der Akut- und/oder Langzeitpflege, Führerausweis Kat. B und sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft 365 sowie eine selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
