Aufgaben

  • Du stehst im Zentrum des Geschehens und führst dein Team direkt auf der Verkaufsfläche
  • Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für deine Abteilung und steuerst deren wirtschaftliche Entwicklung aktiv
  • Du planst den Personaleinsatz, führst Gespräche und entwickelst dein Team gezielt weiter
  • Du analysierst Kennzahlen, erkennst Potenziale und leitest konkrete Massnahmen ab
  • Du stellst sicher, dass Prozesse, Warenfluss und Präsentation effizient funktionieren
  • Du gestaltest deine Abteilung eigenständig und triffst unternehmerische Entscheidungen im Alltag

Profil

  • Du verfügst über eine Ausbildung im Detailhandel oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation (m/w/d)
  • Du bringst Erfahrung in einer Führungsfunktion im Retail oder vergleichbaren Umfeld mit
  • Du arbeitest gerne nah am Team und übernimmst Verantwortung auf der Fläche
  • Du denkst unternehmerisch und verstehst betriebliche Kennzahlen und Zusammenhänge
  • Du kommunizierst sicher in Deutsch und Englisch und bewegst dich souverän im Team
  • Du überzeugst mit Energie, Entscheidungsfreude und dem Willen, Ziele konsequent zu erreichen
