Einleitung

Für unseren Kunden, eine etablierte Institution im sozialen Bereich in der Region Basel, suchen wir eine engagierte Führungspersönlichkeit als Teamleiter/In Wohnen. In dieser vielseitigen Funktion übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für ein Wohnangebot für Erwachsene mit Beeinträchtigungen und gestalten gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team einen Lebensraum, der Selbstbestimmung, Teilhabe und Lebensqualität fördert.

Aufgaben

  • Fachliche und personelle Führung eines interdisziplinären Teams
  • Begleitung und Unterstützung von erwachsenen Menschen mit Beeinträchtigungen im Alltag
  • Verantwortung für die Organisation und Weiterentwicklung des Wohnbereichs
  • Sicherstellung einer professionellen Bezugspersonenarbeit und Fallführung
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Fachpersonen sowie Angehörigen
  • Förderung einer ressourcenorientierten und individuellen Betreuung
  • Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und Qualitätsstandards
  • Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Betriebs innerhalb eines Wohnangebots mit ganzjähriger Betreuung

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im sozialen oder pädagogischen Bereich auf FH- oder HF-Stufe
  • Erste Führungserfahrung oder die Bereitschaft, sich im Führungsbereich weiterzuentwickeln
  • Erfahrung in der Begleitung von Erwachsenen mit Unterstützungsbedarf von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse in Bezugspersonenarbeit und interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz sowie eine wertschätzende und lösungsorientierte Haltung
  • Organisationstalent, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Eigeninitiative
  • Freude an Teamarbeit und der gemeinsamen Entwicklung von nachhaltigen Lösungen
