Wir suchen ab 1\. Dezember 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung

eine:n Technische:n Projektleiter:in 60 \- 80 % (w/m/d)

Bei uns planen Sie keine Serienprodukte. Jedes Bühnenbild ist ein Prototyp. Was auf dem Papier spektakulär aussieht, muss gebaut, bewegt, transportiert, sicher betrieben – und jeden Abend zuverlässig gespielt werden können.

Genau da kommen Sie ins Spiel.

Sie

\- begleiten Bühnenbilder von der ersten Idee bis zur Premiere, \- übersetzen künstlerische Entwürfe in technische Lösungen, \- entwickeln konstruktive Lösungen in , Holz und Mechanik, \- erstellen Konstruktionspläne in CAD,\- holen Angebote ein, vergeben Aufträge und organisieren Transporte, \- koordinieren in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Ausstattungsleitung Werkstätten und externen Partnern, \- planen Probedekorationen und begleiten die Proben bis zur Premiere, \- übernehmen technische Planungen für besondere Veranstaltungen des Opernhauses.

Das bringen Sie mit: Sie sind Ingenieur:in der Theater\- und Veranstaltungstechnik (FH/BA) oder bringen vergleichbare Erfahrung mit. Sie kennen sich mit CAD und Konstruktionen im \- und Holzbau aus und verfügen über grundlegende allem aber denken Sie gerne in Lösungen. Sie können mit Künstlerinnen und Künstlern genauso gut sprechen wie mit den Kolleg:innen der Werkstätten und der Bühnentechnik. Sie behalten Termine im Blick und haben Lust auf Projekte, bei denen die Antwort am Anfang noch nicht feststeht.
