Als Technical Asset Manager verantwortest du die wirtschaftliche und organisatorische Leistungsfähigkeit unserer Räume an Telco-Standorten und in Rechenzentren im Value Stream "Basic Infrastructure". Du sicherst Verfügbarkeit, Effizienz und Zukunftsfähigkeit der Flächenressourcen über den gesamten Lebenszyklus. Dabei verbindest du technische Fachkompetenz mit Flächenmanagement, Finanzplanung, Projektleitung und Lieferantensteuerung. Gemeinsam mit internen Teams und Partnern setzt du Standards, treibst Verbesserungen voran und bringst Vorhaben pragmatisch in die Umsetzung.

 

  • Sicherstellung und Weiterentwicklung der Raum-Infrastruktur schweizweit sowie Kapazitätsplanung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Projektkoordination und Nutzungsplanung
  • Verantwortung für Investitions- und Betriebskosten inklusive Prognosen, Mengenplanung und Lebenszyklus-Steuerung
  • Aufbau eines Bedarfsmanagements für geschäftskritische Infrastruktur und gewerkeübergreifende Koordination der Betriebskosten
  • Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung der Lieferantenbeziehungen inklusive Preisverhandlungen, Vertragsgestaltung, Audits und Kennzahlenüberwachung
  • Leitung und Mitarbeit in Projekten rund um Raum im Bereich Finanzen und Partnermanagement (z.-B. Ausschreibungen, Audits, SPOC) sowie Mitverantwortung für die Einhaltung von Zeit-, Kosten- und Qualitätszielen

 

Deine Skills

  • Kaufmännischer Abschluss (EFZ) oder Abschluss (Uni/FH/HF) in Betriebswirtschaft; Weiterbildung (FH/HF) in Facility Management oder Immobilienmanagement von Vorteil
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Immobilienbewirtschaftung, Flächenmanagement oder technischer Bewirtschaftung
  • Erfahrung in Budgetverantwortung, Kostenkontrolle, Lebenszyklus-Steuerung und Mengenplanung
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Excel; Erfahrung mit Geschäftssoftware (ERP) oder Immobilienlösungen von Vorteil
  • Selbstverantwortung, strukturierte sowie qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise; du bist flexibel und reist sporadisch innerhalb der Schweiz
  • Kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit sicherem Auftreten gegenüber Führungskräften, Partnern und internen Stakeholdern; Freude an bereichsübergreifender Zusammenarbeit sowie hohe Teamorientierung und Konfliktfähigkeit
  • Neugierig und engagiert, mit Interesse an kontinuierlicher Verbesserung von Prozessen und Standards
  • Sehr gutes Deutsch und gutes Englisch in Wort und Schrift; Französisch von Vorteil
