Fondée en Suisse en 1949, Pac Team SA dont le siège se situe à Cugy (VD), est un acteur de référence dans la conception et la fabrication de présentoirs, packagings, agencements de vitrine destinés aux grandes maisons horlogères, joaillères ainsi que pour le secteur des spiritueux. Fort de son savoir-faire reconnu à l-international, le groupe accompagne ses clients de la création à la production en passant par la logistique.

Afin de compléter notre équipe, nous sommes à la recherche d-un.e :

Technical Designer

Votre rôle au quotidien

Vous réceptionnez les demandes transmises par le chef de projet et analysez le brief client pour en identifier les contraintes techniques et esthétiques. Sur AutoCAD et Inventor, vous réalisez les dessins techniques 3D des packagings et décorations de vitrine, en déterminant cotes, tolérances et assemblages.

Vous vérifiez la faisabilité technique de chaque projet en fonction des matériaux et des procédés de fabrication des sous-traitants, et intégrez les principes d'éco-conception dans vos plans. Lorsqu'une demande n'est pas réalisable en l'état, vous proposez les ajustements nécessaires et échangez directement avec le client pour affiner et valider les aspects techniques, tout en tenant le chef de projet informé de l'avancement et des points de blocage.

Vous assurez le suivi de production des prototypes et des séries, établissez les standards qualité, contrôlez la conformité des prototypes et échantillons avec le dossier technique, et ajustez les plans selon les retours du client.

Formation

CFC d'ébéniste, de menuisier ou de dessinateur-constructeur industriel.

Compétences techniques

Maîtrise des logiciels de CAO/DAO (AutoCAD, Inventor) et bonne connaissance des matériaux et de l'assemblage (bois, carton rigide, cuir, métal, textile). Connaissance des procédés de fabrication et des contraintes d'industrialisation, maîtrise de la cotation et des tolérances techniques. Capacité à lire et interpréter un cahier des charges client. Des connaissances de base en gestion de projet sont un plus.

Profil recherché

Rigoureux·se et précis·e, vous avez le sens de l'esthétique et une sensibilité pour le secteur du luxe. Votre bon relationnel client et votre capacité d'écoute vous permettent de reformuler les besoins avec justesse. Autonome, vous êtes force de proposition sur le plan technique, appréciez le travail d'équipe avec plusieurs interlocuteurs (chef de projet, client, fournisseurs), et savez gérer le stress et les délais. Vous êtes ouvert·e à des déplacements à l'international.
