So wird dein Job:

  • Du entwirfst Zielarchitekturen für Microsoft 365: Informationsarchitektur in SharePoint Online, Lebenszyklus und Governance für Teams, Berechtigungsmodelle in Entra ID, Informationsschutz über Purview
  • Du machst Kunden Copilot\-fähig: Berechtigungshygiene prüfen, Oversharing sichtbar machen, Labels und DLP\-Regeln definieren, festlegen, welche Inhalte der Semantic Index sehen darf
  • Du überführst wiederkehrende Muster in Blueprints und Standardservices für einen kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozess
  • Du begleitest Migrationen aus Fileservern, SharePoint Server und Fremdplattformen und verantwortest die technische Qualität bis über den Go\-live hinaus
  • Im Presales übersetzt du Anforderungen in belastbare Lösungsdesigns und Aufwandschätzungen und trägst gemeinsam mit Sales die technische Argumentation

Das solltest du mitbringen:

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Architekt, Senior Consultant oder Lead Engineer im Microsoft\-365\-Umfeld, ein relevanter Teil davon in Kundenprojekten
  • Vertiefte Kenntnisse in SharePoint Online und Microsoft Teams bezüglich Informationsarchitektur, Governance, Lifecycle und Migration
  • Praxiserfahrung mit Microsoft Purview und Berechtigungsmodellen in Microsoft Entra ID
  • Gute Erfahrung in der M365\-Vorbereitung für Copilot\-Rollouts
  • Sicherheit in PowerShell und Microsoft Graph sowie idealerweise M365\-Zertifizierungen (z. B. MS\-102, MS\-700, SC\-300, SC\-401\)
  • Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch, gutes Englisch, Französisch von Vorteil
