IHRE MISSION

Sie stellen die technische Kompetenzentwicklung unseres Mazda Händlernetzwerks in der Schweiz sicher und unterstützen unsere Partner mit Ihrem Fachwissen in den Bereichen Diagnose, neue Technologien und Elektromobilität. Damit leisten Sie einen wesentlichen Beitrag zur Servicequalität und zum nachhaltigen Erfolg unseres Netzwerks.

IHRE AUFGABEN

TRAINING \& KOMPETENZENTWICKLUNG

Planung und Durchführung technischer Trainings für das Mazda Hä und Optimierung von Schulungsunterlagen und ützung weiterer Aus\- und Weiterbildungsprogramme.Förderung des Know\-how\-Transfers zu neuen Fahrzeugtechnologien und Elektromobilitä des Wissenstransfers an das Schweizer Händlernetzwerk.

TECHNISCHER SUPPORT \& EXPERTENBERATUNG

Unterstützung der technischen Hotline bei komplexen Diagnose\- und Reparaturfä technischer Fälle und Zusammenarbeit mit Mazda Motor Europe.

IHR PROFIL

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Automobilbereich mit entsprechender Weiterbildung zum Automobildiagnostiker.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung (min. 5 Jahre) in Fahrzeugtechnik, Diagnose und idealerweise in der Schulung von Fachkräften.
  • Begeisterung für Mobilität sowie ausgeprägtes Interesse an den neuesten Fahrzeugtechnologien und technischen Innovationen.
  • Kommunikationsstarke, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit.
  • Deutsch in Wort und Schrift, ösisch sicherer Umgang und Englisch Grundkenntnisse.
